Cancellations
I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. I kindly request a 48 hours notice, so that I can offer that time slot to another client. Unfortunately, if you don’t provide me with a 48 hours notice, or fail to turn up for your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
